Upcoming Utility Board Sewer Projects

This notice supersedes the prior notice sent to customers which may not have been received in adequate time to attend the prior public hearing held on January 3, 2022.  As such the Council of the City will conduct an additional public hearing to receive public comment regarding the ordinance authorizing the Projects on February 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.  Any person interested may appear before the City Council at the Council Chambers, 101 East Washington Street, Charles Town, West Virginia and be heard.  Following such public hearing, the City Council shall take such actions on the Project Ordinance as it shall deem proper.
