The Charles Town Utility Board (CTUB) and Jefferson Utilities, Inc. (JUI) have been working on a transfer of customer data for CTUB sewer customers currently billed by JUI. This customer data will be transferred to CTUB for billing effective December 1, 2022. This will allow CTUB to bill their sewer customers directly. Starting December 1st, customer residents in the following areas will be receiving a sewer bill from CTUB.
