Notice: Do you have discoloration or sediment in your water?

CTUB is in the process of tank cleaning in the service area.  Customers may have a slight discoloration or sediment in their water.  Please call the office to document the issue at (304) 725-2316.  If this condition occurs, customers are advised to run the faucet until the water turns clear.  In the unlikely event that the water remains discolored or cloudy after flushing or waiting a few minutes, customers should contact CTUB at (304) 725-2316.
