Notice a new sewer charge on your water bill?

As a result of internal and field account auditing, CTUB has identified numerous customers that are in close proximity to both City sewer and private drain fields.  Pursuant to West Virginia Code §8-18-22, customers are required to connect to public sewer if a gravity connection exists.  If you are receiving a sewer charge on your bill and do not believe that a public sewer gravity connection exists at your property, please bring a copy of your latest septic maintenance bill to our office and we will evaluate the charge and availability of sewer. If you have any questions, please call our office at (304) 725-2316.
