Charles Town Utility Board Sewer Customers served by West Virginia American Water

Following the acquisition of Jefferson Utilities by West Virginia American Water, it has come to our attention that there are delays and technical issues with the billing transition.  As a result, CTUB has not received the meter readings necessary to process the November billing in accordance with our standard billing schedule and the November statement is delayed at this time.  CTUB sewer customers served by West Virginia American Water can call WVAW at 1-800-685-8660 if they have questions regarding the November billing.
