Charles Town Utility Board sewer customers served by West Virginia American Water

Per the West Virginia American Water billing department, there is currently a bill hold and the meter readings will not be sent to CTUB until the hold has been removed and their water customers have been billed. They do not know when the bill hold will be removed, but once their customers are billed, they will send CTUB the meter readings.

As a result, CTUB has not received the meter readings necessary to process the March billing in accordance with our standard billing schedule and the March statement is delayed at this time.  CTUB sewer customers served by West Virginia American Water can call WVAW at 1-800-685-8660 if they have questions regarding the March billing.
