Request for Qualifications – Utility Legal Services

The Charles Town Utility Board (CTUB) is soliciting proposals from law firms to provide utility legal services. Law firms are invited to submit proposals containing their qualifications to provide such services to CTUB. Proposals must include a response to each item listed in the full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document and a complete rate and fee schedule for each category of services to be considered. Applicants must also demonstrate through its answers and documentation that it has sufficient capacity to provide a high level of service and expertise on topics covering a full range of utility related legal matters.

Applicants may submit a proposal for a flat, monthly retainer amount or an hourly rate to provide general services and representation. An hourly rate for special projects and litigation is required.

CTUB reserves the right to not select any of the submitted proposals. CTUB also reserves the right to hire other, outside counsel for special purposes.

5:00 PM on March 3, 2023.
